That's why we're committed to conducting research every year aimed at gaining deeper insight into how our clients can leverage digital to drive revenue, enhance the client experience, and attract and retain top talent.Our latest study was designed to help PSOs understand how “favorability” of a brand is measured. We partnered with Greentarget Global Group to survey key decision makers at some of the largest companies across the United States in order to determine how and which marketing efforts influence how loyal a client feels to his or her current PSO provider.
More than 90 buyers of Legal, Consulting, Accounting, Engineering/Construction and Architecture services completed the survey. Fifty-nine percent of the respondents were director level or above, and 83% represented companies with more than $1 Billion in revenue.
