The last few years have required us to react to immediate changes, focus on the here and now, and execute on weekly or monthly initiatives. As a result, we've missed the opportunity to look beyond—to take the long view, envision what is next, and productively work to create the future.
The Assembly will focus on providing the space to look ahead and transition out of reaction mode. Together, let's imagine what is possible for our businesses and disciplines.

In addition to One North thought leaders, we’re excited to also include TED-style content from the following insight speakers and topics: Dorie Clark—The Long Game, Tom Peters—Putting People First, Christopher Penn—Privacy-First Future, and Mitch Joel—Learning to Love Disruption. Attendees will also receive a copy of Dorie Clark’s book The Long Game: How to Be a Long-Term Thinker in a Short-Term World.

There is no registration fee to attend The Assembly. One North will cover transfers to/from the Salt Lake City Airport (SLC)—don't forget to share your flight information when registering.
Attendees are responsible for paying for all other travel expenses, including airfare and hotel stay.

One North has secured an exclusive set of rates for attendees of The Assembly. Room rates vary from $279-$459 per night based on the room type selected. These rates are available up to 3 days prior to and following the event (subject to availability).
Rooms will fill up fast—we highly encourage you to book your stay as early as possible. Attendees can take advantage of our special room rates through Monday, May 22nd.

INDIVIDUAL LODGING RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
An initial deposit of a one night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Individuals may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Reservations canceled within 30 days are the responsibility of the guest canceling the reservation and are subject to forfeiture of the full value of the reservation.
Networking Events
WELCOME COCKTAIL PARTY
We'll kick off The Assembly with a cocktail party and dinner on The Lawn. Join us for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and live music while you catch up with the One North team and get to know your peers.
BEARCLAW CABIN EXCURSION
On Thursday evening, we’ll take in the spectacular 360-degree views of Heber and Utah Valleys and the surrounding Wasatch Mountains from Bearclaw Cabin—the only mountaintop lodge in Utah. After riding the Outlaw, Stairway, and Red’s Lifts, we’ll spend some time enjoying tasty BBQ, cocktails, and each other’s company before making our way on a sunset ride back down to the main resort.
DRESS CODE
Mountain Casual: Free free to dress casually for our sessions and social events. Most important is appropriate, comfortable mountain footwear. You'll be doing a lot of walking—please leave your heels and dress shoes at home.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We want to make this a memorable and inclusive experience for all of our guests. When registering, please note any dietary restrictions or accessibility requirements we should be mindful of when hosting you at The Assembly.
GUESTS
If you're planning to bring a guest with you to enjoy the amazing Sundance Mountain Resort, they are welcome to join us for any of our networking events—the Welcome Cocktail Party, Bearclaw Cabin Excursion, or for breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday. Please give us a heads-up if you plan on having anyone tag along for any of these events when registering, so we can accommodate them.
